Maintenance Plan Renewal

Each purchase or upgrade of TheraScribe includes a 1 year maintenance plan which covers updates and technical support for that 12 month period. It allows you to get at least 2 new feature updates as they come out during the year as well as support ticket responses.  In order to keep current with the application updates, you will want to renew your maintenance plan each year to keep it active.  This model allows us to continually invest in TheraScribe and add value to you the customer by keeping the product up to date as well as adding additional features. 

When the 1st year maintenance plan expires, you have the option of renewing the plan under the schedule shown below -- TheraScribe will continue to function whether or not one renews the maintenance plan.

However, if the plan has expired for longer than 60 days and you wish to get a new version, one will have to purchase as an update again (see Pricing/Updates).  You will not be able to reactivate new versions of the application without an active maintenance plan and Tech Support would be on a per call basis of $50/half hour.
