Each purchase or upgrade of TheraScribe includes a 1 year maintenance plan which covers updates and technical support for that 12 month period. It allows you to receive support ticket responses. This model allows us to continually invest in TheraScribe and provide support.
When the 1st year maintenance plan expires, you have the option of renewing the plan under the schedule shown below -- TheraScribe will continue to function whether or not one renews the maintenance plan.
However, if the plan has expired and you wish to get a new version, you will have to purchase as an update. Contact us at sales@therascribe.com. You will not be able to reactivate new versions of the application without an active maintenance plan and Tech Support would be on a per call basis of $75/half hour.
